Application Process
Example: If you want to order 100 Staple cards
STEP 2
Set as paid plan from [Settings] – [Subscription]
STEP 3
Apply from [Settings] – [Subscription]
STEP 4
Confirmation of the identity of the person in charge of the application (registered mail sent to the applicant's home)
STEP 5
Delivery of the 1st card to the person in charge of the application (by registered mail to the company)
STEP 6
Activate the 1st card, and apply for the remaining 99 cards from '+ ORDER CARD' section of the dashboard.
Notes on receiving the card
- The delivery will be based on the company information you registered when you applied.
- The card will be delivered to the customer's registered address, but if the card is not received for a certain period of time due to absence or other reasons, it may be necessary to reissue the card.
- The first card (the first card) to be sent to the person in charge of the application is expected to arrive within one week of the application, but may be delayed depending on the status of the application.
- Additional cards that can be applied for after the 1st card arrives are expected to arrive within one week of application, but may be delayed depending on the status of the application.
- You can apply for up to the same number of cards as the number of registered users.
- Delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions (Golden Week, year-end and New Year holidays, bad weather, etc.) or for customers living in remote islands or remote areas.
